• Your table will be reserved for a maximum of 2 hours from the time of reservation.
• Please note that table preferences are considered but not guaranteed.
• Application of any type of Voucher must be announced when making a reservation.
• In accordance with company policy, it is not allowed to bring in food or drinks purchased outside the restaurant. All guests who wish to bring a cake to the celebration are welcome to do so, but there is an additional charge of €49 for this request.
• If you wish to split the bill please tell your server before ordering. Afterwards our restaurant has a ‘No separate billing’ policy.
• Please let us know if there is any special occasion you are celebrating and/or dietary requirements we need to be aware of.
• Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the time of your reservation, then if you do not arrive it will be marked as a no-show.
• You can cancel or change a table reservation free of charge up to 2 hours before the reservation time.
• Please note that in case of later cancellation, no-show or change in the number of people, we reserve the right to charge €30.00 per person.
GROUP BOOKING (10 or more guests)
• For groups of more than 12 guests, a pre-selected menu is required. Terms & Conditions apply.
• Placement on the summer terrace is only possible for up to 10 people. For groups of 11 or more people, we will prepare one or several tables for you inside of the restaurant, depending on the size of the group.
• With a minimum consumption of €1,000.00, you can reserve a terrace exclusively for you – ideal for larger groups and corporate events.
• We ask that you notify us of the guaranteed number of people no later than 48 hours before the event.
• For groups of more than 5 guests, a 10% Service Fee is charged from the total bill.
• If the customer wants laid tables (tablecloths), we will be happy to lay them on your reservation for a fee of €2.50 per person.
• With a minimum consumption of €3,000.00, you can reserve the restaurant exclusively.
• Only exclusive reservations are possible for groups of 35 or more people.
FEBRUARY 14.
• On these evenings from 5:00 p.m. we only offer our menu.
• No changes are possible in the menu.

PARKING
• The nearest parking is possible either from the side of Bajkalská street, or paid parking from the back of Troch Veží. If you park in a paid parking lot, you can use the benefit of free parking for 1 hour. Conditions for obtaining 1 hour of free parking – restaurant bill with a minimum value of EUR 30. It is possible to get one free hour per one bill (one table). More information in our restaurant.
